Find your haven, join the conversation, and embark on a journey with immeasurable rewards. Listen now and discover the love that has the power to rewrite your story.

Can you share with us the backstory about what brought you to your specific career path?

This journey unfolded naturally. My path has been shaped by my roles as a wife, mother, and interior designer. My husband, renowned psychologist Dr. Bernard Bail, was a profound influence on me and was still with us during the filming of our documentary, AND NOW LOVE. As a tribute to my unwavering loyalty and dedication to him, I created this podcast to continue sharing his important life’s work with a broader audience.

Who inspires you? Can you tell us why?

My husband, Dr. Bernard Bail, shaped my understanding of his teachings—not just intellectually, but on a deeply personal level. I witnessed firsthand how his insights transformed lives, helping people achieve greater emotional freedom and authenticity. This experience guides the podcast’s conversations, creating a space for listeners to explore their own emotional landscapes in a meaningful way.

This podcast was heavily inspired by your late husband Dr. Bernard Bali. Why is this so important for you to share his message?

Toward the end of Bernard’s life, we often discussed how to continue his work after his passing. His death did not mean his passion or message would disappear. He entrusted me with the task of sharing his teachings, but for a time, I was too overwhelmed by grief to focus.

Then one day, Bobak—our producer and a great admirer of Bernard—suggested the idea of a podcast. I would ask questions as an informed layperson, engaging with experts who could deepen the conversation. It immediately clicked—it felt right. I had always known I would find a way to bring Bernard’s paradigm to the forefront. His philosophy profoundly changed my life, and I feel deeply compelled to share his work with others.

There was a film called AND NOW LOVE, is this related?

The documentary AND NOW LOVE brought Dr. Bail’s work and philosophy to life on screen, and now the podcast continues that mission.

How did the transition from film to podcast feel like a natural next step in sharing his message? And as a producer, what motivates you to keep expanding the reach of his ideas and ensuring his legacy continues to inspire others.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Bernard with us during the filming of the documentary, where he shared his theories firsthand—an invaluable experience. But as we developed the podcast, we faced a new reality: we could no longer ask Bernard our questions directly. It became clear that I needed to seek answers from those who were part of his world or aligned with his philosophy in order to keep his work alive..

That includes individuals who have transformed their own lives, made a meaningful impact in their communities, or exemplify what it means to truly love and care. By listening to their stories, we not only gain insight but also a sense of curiosity about our own lives. This exploration can inspire us to connect with the goodness within ourselves—helping us truly grasp the depth and significance of Bernard’s work.

What is your hope for this podcast?

We want to show our listeners that love is always possible and that, at our core, each of us carries a seed of true, genuine love. When we take the time to truly understand ourselves, that love naturally deepens within us and becomes something we can’t help but share with others.

Where do you film the podcast and how frequently do the episodes come out?

We film the podcasts in a studio in Los Angeles  bi-monthly and we post the episodes shortly thereafter.

Any memorable guests to date?

Our guests include Rabbi Amy Bernstein; clinical psychologist Dr. Loren Weiner, who is well-versed in Dr. Bail’s work; clinical psychologist  Dr. Lauren Dolinsky; leading pediatrician and American Academy of Pediatrics speaker Dr. Corinn Cross; retired psychotherapist Tom Paris; culinary and mindfulness influencer Bibi Kasrai; and poet, songwriter, and painter Stephen Kalinich, a former patient of Dr. Bail—along with many more insightful voices.

What is your hope for the future in reaching others through this podcast?

It’s a much bigger picture! As a society, we have long accepted behaviors that have never truly served us—war, the mistreatment of women, child abuse, racism, and more. These patterns have only led us further down a destructive path. The only way forward is through real, transformative love, and Dr. Bail’s theory provides a path to achieving it—one person at a time. This is a conversation we can explore in countless ways, for years to come.
