Are you ready to taste your way across the best breweries and pubs in the United States?
The American beer scene caters to everyone, from casual drinkers to beer connoisseurs.
From barley to hops, we explore who’s tops!
Raise Your Glass
To make your beer discovery journey even better, we will divide and conquer the West
Coast, Midwest, South, and East Coast, and finish with small-town delights. Start your beer
adventure with a cruise, to get into that relaxed holiday mode. Getting to Tampa Bay ports
puts you on the West Coast, and ready to go. Get your glasses ready!

West Coast
This is going to be a hella ride, so pack right (use these packing hacks to ensure you leave
enough space for your boozy mementos), and fill the tank. Let’s go.
The craft beer revolution started on the West Coast. California is the birthplace of many
pioneering breweries. Let’s start in San Diego, the Capital of Craft Beer. Here you will find
iconic breweries like Stone Brewing and Ballast Point. Try some hoppy IPAs to slake the
thirst, and finish with a Swingin’ Friar Ale.
Many of Ballast Point’s most delicious offerings are only available at local pubs, so make the
most of it.
Portland boasts over 80 breweries, offering everything from traditional ales to innovative
sour beers. The top stop is Deschutes Brewery, where you can try Black Butte Porter in the
beer garden. Don’t miss the bold sour beer options at Crux Fermentation Project!
Midwest
Denver and Boulder are on every beer enthusiast’s map. The famed New Belgium Brewing
Company, best loved for Fat Tire Amber Ale, offers brewery tours and tastings.
Breckenridge Brewery’s beers are featured in many bars, nationwide. Sip a Vanilla Porter
while enjoying scenic mountain views.
Michigan’s Craft Beer Trail winds through cities like Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids.
Founders Brewing Company has delightful all-day ales, but you must try their Dirty Bastard
and the Kentucky Breakfast Stout.
South
Austin, Texas, is known for being eclectic and for its beer scene. Jester King Brewery
focuses on farmhouse ales and sustainability.
New Orleans is known for jazz, spicy cuisine, and NOLA Brewery. Sample the delicious
Hopitoulas. Bars in the area feature many local beers, so take your time exploring properly.
East Coast
Boston leads the way with the iconic Samuel Adams Brewery. Take the tour and enjoy the
small-batch tastings.
Out of New York’s abundance of breweries and pubs, our favorite is Brooklyn Brewery.
Known for their artisanal approach to brewing, they offer a behind-the-scenes peep before
tastings.
Afterward, head to any NY bar to experience something refreshingly different – there are too
many to choose just one.
Small-Town Gems
The best way to enjoy America’s beer culture is to stop and enjoy as you go. Many smaller
towns have breweries with incredible offerings and often have beer festivals dedicated to the
deliciousness. Chat with the locals wherever you are to find those distinctive breweries and
pubs that deserve a visit.
A U.S.A. beer tour promises unmatched flavors and adventures, from the West Coast’s
hoppy IPAs to the Midwest’s rich porters, to the South’s zinging sours. Grab some friends,
pack your bags, and enjoy the journey!
