‘Eat Your Heart Out’ lives up to that name with countless tasty food options that are available for every palate. ‘Eat Your Heart Out’ is located inside the recently opened Durango Casino & Resort and makes dining not only as easy as walking up to any of the many restaurants, but also serves up food that will remind you of any of the best sit-down restaurants in Las Vegas.

The 25,000-square-foot dining destination is home to almost anything you could possibly want to eat, ranging from well-known national names to local favorites. “Eat Your Heart Out” is the perfect destination for groups that are all looking for their own unique dish. You are going to find that you get a fine dining option for each person at the restaurant of their choosing and then you can all sit together to enjoy your own unique meal together. If you are looking for the optimal sit-down meal inside of a restaurant, there are plenty of those options as well. “Eat Your Heart Out” was designed for the diner, while making sure that an options-based dining destination would not shortchange on quality.

When it comes to a certain style of food, Las Vegas might be home to more Italian restaurants than any other style. So if you are going to introduce an Italian restaurant it had better be good and Fiorella is more than just good. James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri brought the flavors he made famous in his Philadelphia pasta bar to “Eat Your Heart Out” with an intimate setting that brings Italy to life as you walk through the doors. The very setting is great for a sit-down dining experience, but the best way to enjoy Fiorella is to sit at the counter and enjoy the open kitchen and watch your meal be brought to life. You truly feel like you are part of the experience as you are up close and personal as each dish is being created and giant meatballs being handmade moments before they reach your plate.

You have to start your meal with the focaccia that is made fresh daily and is so light you feel like you could just eat piece after piece, but definitely save some to pair with your pasta. The appetizers are fresh and flavorful, highlighted by beef carpaccio that is sliced beautifully and allowed to stand on its own with its flavor. When it comes to your pasta dish, it is not hyperbole to say you can’t go wrong with any of these freshly made pasta dishes. In terms of just flavor that will wow you with each bite, the rigatoni with Fiorella sausage is made with their flavorful ragu that has the spicy sausage incorporated into the sauce. Regardless of the dish you choose, adding one of the handmade meatballs is a must.

Fiorella will wow you with their authentic and handmade pasta dishes, but make sure you pair your pasta with one of their creative cocktails. The Sour Jawn is a take on a whiskey sour with Italian flavors and Tito’s Vodka or the Brown Butter Old Fashioned is their version of the classic cocktail that is created with brown butter and sage-washed bourbon bitters to give it a unique flavor. There is no better way to finish your Fiorella experience than with the beautiful pistachio cannoli. While dining out in Las Vegas can be a pricey experience, Fiorella has created an incredible three-course meal that is one of the best deals in Las Vegas with a price of only $38. You can choose an appetizer, pasta dish and gelato to complete your Fiorella experience.

If you are looking for something a little more casual, “Eat Your Heart Out” serves up the signature sandwiches at Uncle Paulie’s, Prince Street Pizza, where you can grab a slice or whole pie of New York or Sicilian style pizza and some very elevated burgers at Irv’s Burgers.

There are also restaurants such as Ai Pono Café that bring flavors from Hawaii, such as Ahi Katsu and wild-caught garlic butter Mahi Mahi. Fresh sushi and specialty sakes are served up at Yu-Or-Mi Sushi, Shang Artisan Noodle offers up handmade Chinese noodle dishes and the Oyster Bar is just a great place to saddle up to the bar and enjoy fresh oysters, chowders and steamed clams. If you are looking for a unique drink, DRNK is that bar. This giant bar located centrally in “Eat Your Heart Out” offers up every drink you could think of and some great frozen drinks that are made even better from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. as they are only $5 during this happy hour.
